Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Tagrit or its licensors. Termination: We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Disclaimer & Liability: The App is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. End-User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Tagrit Technologies (“Company”) covering your use of the Tagrit POS mobile application and related web services (“Service”). Account & Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.
